*Eye: Pale gold color with strong green hues.
*Nose: Citrus fruit (grapefruit, mandarin orange), peach, and crushed blackcurrant leaves with sometimes exotic aromas.
*Palate: Complexity introduces a fruity mouth, flowery and tender, with salty and spicy hints in the finish. It can be enjoyed young or after having aged a few years.
*Pair Oyster and other mineral seafood; also superb with goat cheeses and all fish dishes.
*Service temperature: 8-10°C.
*Ageing: 5-6 years
