*Nose: The bouquet is fruity and expressive, with aromas of exotic fruits, lemon, grapefruits and a touch of hazelnut.
*Palate: Fruity, fresh, elegant. Mixing exotic fruits, almond and a light herby taste. Very good structure and persistence.
*Pairing: Serve with starters, cold meats, oysters, shellfish, fish, snails, frogs' legs.
