 *Mouth: Medium to full-bodied, broad and fleshy, round and enveloping, with ripe acids and a rich & Velvety mouthful with long finished

*Pair with Red Meat as Beef steak, lamb, dried hams, tapas and Cheese.

*Service temperature: around 15-17°C.
