Mainly Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris
*Eye: Pale gold colour with strong green hues.
*Nose: Citrus fruit (grapefruit, mandarin orange), peach, and crushed blackcurrant leaves aromas with sometimes exotic smells.
*Palate: complexity fruity mouth, flowery and tender, with iodine and spicy hints in the finish. This wine will develop to be jammy and candied-fruit aromas with age.
*Pairing: Frisky partner for oyster and other mineral seafood. It is superb with goat cheeses and all fish dishes.
*Temperature: around 8-10°C.
