After living in France for over 10 years, MBA graduated from Université de Poitiers; Wine qualification as WSET III and FWS, working for wineries and sampling different wines, I decided to return home to Hong Kong and bring with me the culture of French wine and gastronomy.
Our biggest challenge was in finding the right high-quality wines to match with dishes of our clients.
And so, we’ve resorted to stocking our cellars with a varied selection of bottles – a range of quality wines at value-for-money price points from wine regions all over the world.
We have also taken great care in assembling a team of top chefs, sommeliers, and experienced kitchen, dining and wine consultants, including experts in French wine, with a minimum WSET Level 3 qualification. Join me as I share my love for great wine and food.
My hope is that you discover a wonderful new world that, like me during my time in France, make you fall in love with wine.
