Duck oil is very healthy compared to the other animal fat, it conserves the tasty duck legs meat and allows it to keep longer.
Already pre-cooked duck legs
By Oven, heat in an oven at 250°C for 15 – 20 minutes
you can also pan fly the duck with the skin facing down for reaching a crispy taste.
Done! just add some vegetable like ognion, carrots and potatos in the duck oil and pan fly them for your side dish
Warm Reminder: please don’t throw out the duck fat , keep it in fridge for next time cooking. 🙂
