Thank you for all of your participation, here are some photos of our wine event that night.  Very happy that you all love the French Fresh Oyster – Gillardeau. Also, Adam has bravely tried to open the oyster under the instruction of Our Private kitchen chef Jonathan.  Very funny and we learn some good technique for how to open the oyster without hurting ourselves.

Private kitchen chefs would like to state that they are very difficult to buy good quality seafood with a reasonable price after the Typhone No.10, hope you can understand that HK seafood price is very well-known that it has gone crazy after Typhoon. Or else, they can provide more on the seafood stew…
